| Unless you live under a rock, you know it's one of the best selling book series ever written, by the incredible J. K. Rowling. Here you can discuss the books themselves, the latest film, the actors, favorite scenes, all that good stuff. | |

| Ahahaha! I've been a fan since I started reading them in the second grade! I looooooove Harry Potter.
HBP go some mixed reviews I saw, but I thought it actually did the book justice, aside from the fact they added a scene that I don't remember reading and took out the end battle.

| I'm re-reading the series right now. I just finished the first one last night. It's so tiny compared to the rest! | |

| I started reading these books when I was ten/eleven - so it's almost been a decade since they came into my life. Which is sort of interesting because when the last film is released - it'll have been ten years! | |

| My grandmother gave me the first book for Christmas the year it came out, which was...96, I believe? So yeah, 13 years for me. | |

| I liked the sixth film - though they missed so much out! I'm glad they put Regulus in though - and the little bit at the start with Harry at the Department of Mysteries having his photo taken I thought was brilliant! The fifth film so far has definitely been the best for me | |

| I got the first two...or three(?) books at christmas 1999. And...I read the first one, started reading the second and then the movies came out.
I just recently saw the latest one. I know they're not to the book but...I like the movies...as MOVIES. No book adaptations. If you understand my point?

| Yeah, that makes sense. Like, you have to detatch yourself from the books to really enjoy the movies. And when you don't nitpick at them - they're really great films. | |

| Yeh, my best friend Gemmar went with me last night, even though she's already seen it. She said she doesn't like it, cause it's not to the book at all. But...she seemed to enjoy it while she was watching it.
So I guess once you get into it you forget about the books really.

| I thought it followed the book pretty well for having to fit it into a 2 hour time frame. And I liked all the humor in this one. | |

| Yeh! Harry has suddenly got...a sense of humour. And become positive and charming!
It's so strange haha | |

| AHAHA! That scene where she ties his shoe for him was so weird! And so many jokes have been made about her being in the ideal position for giving him a bj. | |

| That might have been awkward, but the "Won Won" scenes were amazing. XD And the cauldron caked filled with love potion. | |

| Omg yeh. Me and Gemmar were hysterical during most of the film but when she did his shoes up it was ridiculous. | |

| ahahah, I have to say, I quite liked the girl who played Ginny, but I have to admit I have a bit of a crush on her. xD
I was watching it with a guy and every time a different one of Ginny/Hermione/Luna came on we'd be like "OH SHIT LOOK AT HER IN THAT OUTFIT" or "GOOD LORD SHE'S GORGEOUS" or "I WOULD." And Hermione's dress at the christmas party... and she kept crossing her arms, lakjdflksdf.
.....yeaaaaah, i'll stop now. xD

| yeah, I think the gal they had play Ginny was quite prefect for the role, really. I'm so SO pleased that after the first or second movie, they stopped fucking with Emma Watson's (Hermione's) hair to make it look all frizzy. Ohh, it just looked so bad! | |

| I love Harry Potter. Got the books at 8/9 years old, gradually.
The films are amazing in my view.
My favorite will always be, The Prisoner of Azkaban.
It's just so twisting and adventurous and I love it.
The 6th movie was pretty hilarious.
After Lavender and Ron broke up, it looked like Lavender wanted to shove her fork in Ron's eye.

| I didn't get to see Half-Blood Prince in the theater. It's actually the first Potter movie I've not seen on opening day (I blame the baby xD) /totallywatchedifforfreeonlineanditwasawesome | |
