Been to an Avenged Sevenfold show?

Uhm.
Well. The first time I saw Avenged play...was March 14th 2006 I think..?
I went for my birthday. And I had a red streak in my fringe. But...I didn't have any dye and it had faded so I used food colouring as a last minute panic thing.
So I went to the gig, and I was like, on my own in the pit near the front. And this bottle of water hit me in the face, and made all the food colouring run down my face. Johnny saw it happen and kinda...stopped playing halfway through a song to tell one of the stewards to check me out. Cause it looked like I was bleeding from the bottle hitting me...

For me, nothing really happened during the show - it was just like a normal show for them, I guess. But when I met them and sat down with them I turned mute. I didn't go into shock or scream or faint or anything - I just had NO idea what to say which caused Zacky to try and coax me into conversation, bless him.

xD I'd love to go through it all again just so I can manage a few more sentences than I did.

I surprised myself big time when I met them.
I actually talked to Zacky. I was SO shocked! haha

I got the formalities done:
"Hi, how're you?"
"Yeah,"
"I'm Daisy"
and things like that. Then Zacky was like, "So... enjoy the show? Do you want some water?" and he tried really hard to get me to join in

Jesus this forum has seriously seriously brought back all memories and feelings of love I have for them...

They'll most likely do Nottingham Rock City again - or they might do Stoke (which, if they do [though I doubt it] you're welcome to stay at mine @Uni)

I doubt they'll do Stoke, they're too big for that by now surely?

Sometimes though bands who've done the biggers one end up doing some smaller ones in the process - but we should still go

I saw them last Saturday, they were supporting Metallica at Marlay Park in Dublin. They were amazing, honestly. They played Eternal Rest, which I was kind of surprised at as I was expecting Second Heartbeat, and they did Walk with a guy dragged from the crowd. xD
I haven't met them, but I'd love to. Although, I think I'd go into Daisy-mode & wouldn't know what to say to them!

Fucking amazing show. Just... rhgtorutnyos. They put on an amazing preformance.

First time I saw A7X was with Bullets and Octane.
They were alright but I died when A7X came onstage xD

xD it can go in with the term "to pull a hannah", or to meet a band member, talk to them, but norealise who they are until moments, days, or weeks after the meeting. so named because Hannah's done it. a lot.


back on topic, though;

I had the chance to see them twice when they came by me but I couldn't go!
Apparently my education is more important than going to see them.
I just think my mom didn't want to drive me two hours south to Columbus to see them.

i remember seeing them like...way WAY back in the day, like...2003 i think? it was at warped tour, so i think it was 03. anyway, they were just starting their set and there was a good handful of people there. my friends and i went to go check them out and theywere really awesome. that was the first time i heard second heartbeat. so i listened to their stuff, but it wasn't until City of Evil came out that I head over heels, fell in love with them...then the obsession only increased when their self titled came out.
then i saw them twice in san diego (different times of course, just at the same venue and front row of course!!!) then again in LA.
they definitely are amazing live.

Time's like these I wish I didn't live all the way over in Australia.

I'm planning on traveling to England and USA within a year or so, so I really hope they're touring around and I'll just go to them. =] Tis sad cause even if they were to come to Aus I don't have any friends who like them let alone know of them cause they're aren't overly popular over here. =[

Daisy- Zacky sounds really sweet by helping you come out of your shell. XD I'd be so giddy and all warm 'n' fuzzy if I were you.

Well actually no I wouldn't have.

And Chloe, when they came down here (Singapore) last year I met a few Australians, and apparently they came over just for their concert. ^__^
